Shipping policy
Order Processing:
All in stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days - excluding Sundays and Holidays. Although we cannot guarantee same day processing, we will do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible and will send you an email with the estimated delivery date. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number and link to be activated.
For the protection of the cardholder, it is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed. Additionally, once your order has been shipped, the course of package cannot be altered. In this instance, we will do our best to assist, but we do not issue refunds or replacement packages for this reason. Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct.
Domestic shipping:
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Our shipping carrier for most orders will be USPS, unless an alternative carrier is selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.
Estimated transit times may vary depending on carrier service interruptions or delays — including that may be expected during the holiday season. GEMELA cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions.
Please note that processing times are different and separate from shipping times. We do not offer shipping to PO boxes, hotels or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping:
Sadly, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States due to additional duties and fees imposed by the United Stated Customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Damaged / Lost Packages:
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, GEMELA cannot be held nor will accept responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information reports delivery, and you have not received your package, please contact us within 2 days of reported delivery date to file a claim. We are available for support in working with the carrier to complete the claims process.
Please note we do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered. Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
